Do not use them. They cannot respond to requests for booking changes in the 24 hours requested. They are definitely not a concierge service and actually cost you more than buying elsewhere. Be warned. They definitely do not respond to queries.
Do not buy any cooking equipment from Defy. Purchased in 2021, so just out of a useless 2 year warranty, my hob burned out. Now i am left with the expense of replacement and will definitely not be using the same brand. I am an architect and will not be recommending anything Defy to anyone anymore. This is not rocket science. Just a heating element that will not burn down your house... Very very disappointed.
Online shop is terrible. No progress updates. Then cancellation without notification. Pathetic customer service. I will never, ever order from Adidas again!
I have to start by saying that i never really expected much from Standard Bank, but they have still managed to underwhelm me completely. My Corporate credit card expired without any notification. When i contacted the call centre, i was put on hold while they "investigated further" and then cut off. No one called me back or followed up with me AT ALL. I emailed their credit card client services mailto:cardqueries@standardbank.co.za on the 5th and receievd an electronic response that i would receive a response within 48 hours. Today, 12th July, I received a mail: I have sent your enquiry to our Card Tracking department for further assistance. Really??? I had in the interim obviously waited the obligatory 15minutes on the call centre line and been assisted by an agent. My card will be sent to my branch in 4 to 6 working days. or will it??? Maybe i should multiply by the same default as an email return and wait 24 days before requesting again. Clearly they have no interest in retaining clients, even business ones. I am so sick of the excuses of covid and load shedding. these things are not new. If your business cannot cope with them, close down....
Never, Ever take your Iphone for screen replacement to this company. I repalced my screen on an iphone 7 with them and was told to return under warrenty if the screen was unresponsive. The screen was unresponsive a week later and when I returned it, they told me the phone had water damage. not possible. They showed me a wetness in the bottom of the phone. I have subsequently taken it to Istore who have confirmed that the screen is faulty. When asked about the "water damage" they confirmed that " Its not moisture , its an oil like substance that the Tapic Engine generates for some reason this is a normal occurrence with the iPhone 7." The Real Repair Co should be renamed The Real Rippoff Company. Warrantee is worth absolutely nothing if their technician lie or don't know anything about the phones they are fixing.
Can i give less than a 1 star rating. Their expected delivery dates are 6 times longer than any other online retailer and they still cannot meet these deadlines. Last straw is the receipt of an email that reads: We shipped your order number KBTK-323-B070 on 12 Apr 2021. This order is now complete. Thanks for shopping at loot.co.za! Your order has been sent with a new courier partner, however tracking isn't yet available. But no need to worry, if you would like more information on the status of your delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. So, I have no goods, no tracking number and they consider the order complete. Really!!!! My question to companies like Momentum who partner with them is a simple one. Why bother. You are making yourselves look bad in association. there is absolutely no reason for this retailer to continue to exist.
No refund received after I cancelled a service almost a month ago. I cancelled because I did not receive prompt delivery of the product and there was no follow up from customer service. Did not take delivery of the modem and sent it back with the courier. I was promised full refund within 7 to 10 working days in writing. Still nothing....this is both unethical and fraudulent.
#SupportLocal I have just had a leak fixed in my bathroom wall by Ryan Mc Bain. Absolute fabulous service for this emergency during the shut down. I can highly recommend them for any plumbing work you have. They are authorized to work on emergencies during the shutdown.
I am an architect and have once again been impressed by the care and concern shown by Ruan Alberts and his team on a renovation in Tamboerskloof. The project was rescued from another contractor who failed to complete.
Order placed for a cupboard on their online platform. I was advised 7 to 10 working days delivery. I was then promised delivery by yesterday. Five phone calls later and they are now asking me if I want to change my delivery address. Totally pathetic delivery and absolutely no follow up. This purchase is for a charity. No delivery means no service.
