I Sent Multiply travel an email on Friday in the morning 8th Nov 2019 reg travel arrangements, which they only replied to me on Monday around 10:32 after which i had to phone them to ask them why no one has replied to me, i then replied to yes that evening i would like the booking they must send me the payment link, i then still did not get an email back , i only got one back today at 10:30 saying that they cannot help me anymore for i dont meet the advance requirements, which i do for its 3 business days before i travel!!! i only need the booking For Friday!!!! I'm not happy at all for the service that i have received from the help des**** this is unacceptable for i have already made my travel arrangements . I dont see why i need multiply if this is the service we get, they take for ever to respond! I asked to speak to a manager , which the response was that She is busy at the moment.
