So my children bought me a set of boxers for father's day, only to see at home that it was a size Large instead of medium, this morning they returned it for the medium and was told that they have too now buy the medium size as for can't return the large size which is still unsealed and opened because it's underwear. Still sealed! What kind of service is that. We spent such a lot of money with them, but rather not spend any more money at Mr price anymore. They are a bunch of inconsiderate *******'s my kids saved up to get me this gift and now they had to spend double. Bunch of *******. This is Mr Price in Cape Gate centre western cape
Here we are again, last serviced after lots of lies and incompatance in May 2023, was promised that after 15000km will be the next service, witch would be today 16Nov 2023. Guess what? The same stories and lies, we paid for a extended 5 year service plan, witch we now want to use , but no go, Haval is at it again , people please don't waste you hard earned money at Haval Cape Gate. The staff here is so unpleasant and do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. This is such a nice car just the people suck
Just wanted to let you know that you guys suck at after sales service. I am not even going to go into detail. We are so done with Haval , all the promises and lies and this after admitting that you are at fault. Never ever again, people and friends frequently ask us about our new car, and I have to tell them that the vehicle itself is no butch vehicle but it's a real head turner. However I regret ever buying it and that they should rather stick to a well known brand then you get what you pay for. The cheap dealership comes with absolutely cheap after sales service, witch means nothing at all, lesson learned.
So this is the mail I forwarded to PSG yesterday in connection with our car, and no one bothered to get back to us, but oh yes quick on the gun to take R5500 access money. Won't recommend PSG insurance to anyone. Good day. So this is how we received our BMW back today, and the tow hich is also missing from the boots tools compartment, they had replaced the inner fender Lining with a solid piece that has no inspection panel like the original one has to replace headlight bulps if need to do so. I am attaching pictures of the terrible work done. The driver's side head lamp was replaced now the car looks odd with one new and one faded headlamp. I am highly disappointed in work done, but then again I had predicted this all along, from the very first moment I heard that our car will be fixed with aftermarket cheap parts. We will be escalating this matter if not resolved. Thanking you.
All I want to say is, people be warned of this insurance company. Was in a accident with my BMW 320i F30, now my car is being fixed with cheap Chinese after market parts, their words to me, your BMW is out of warranty. So now I wonder what BMW will tel me if I want to trade for a new one? Probably, sorry sir we see you have non OEM Parts on your car. This insurance company is so dodgy, you can't win, e en the assessment was done digitally from fotos taken. Learned the hard way, never ever again. They are the biggest conman in the trade. And yet they take well over a R1000 premium every month. I feel I should have been paying a cheap China town premium for this bad service. You have taken my pride and joys originality away and dropped the value of the car. Sies julle is n klomp skelms.
We had placed an food order for our family of four at mc Donald s, with Mr delivery and it was our last money to buy food. For some reason they couldn't processed our order but took the money out of the account. Now saying that we will be refunded in five working days. Really, what is a money wallet anyway? We need to eat. Are you people serious? This is hell unexceptable. De hell with you Mr Delivery.
Good day , I had purchased 11 cctv cameras and a 50 meter cable from takealot with an order number 80666675. I was informed that my parcewas ready for collection and I waited a day before actually collecting it on the 8 December. That day I was ver busy painting my house and did not check the packae immediately. Only later that night I checked and counted one camera short. After a long struggle I actually came true to the takealot call center. I spoke to a lady and informed her of my problem and she told me that she will email me instructions of how to deal with this, and after two days still no mail, so I decided to call them again. Once again I explained my problem to a call center agent and gave her the order number for this transaction. She assured me that they will sort it out and then have the one camera that came short on my order shipped and delivered to me. And till today still nothing, not even an call nor email. Is there nothing else I can do, this cameras cost me over R3400 and was so hoping to buy more from them in the future. But I really don't know any more.
Settled my account on the 14 February 2020 Made a call to close my account. I over paid on my settlement and was in a credit. Every month they deducted account fees up until today 2June202 so now all the money I was in credit with the is gone. And this after lots of emails and phone calls to the RCS group. This is so wrong. How many of us gets ripped off like this from them. I just cannot get them to close my account. So I don't know any more. They have all my call conversations on record.
