MOST USELESS COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH We unfortunately had the bad luck of signing a 3 year contract with these guys. our phones never work. When we email the company, they don't reply. When we call, they don't answer. Phoned the Manager, left a message, they don't return calls. Please don't ever use this company.
Very disappointed with Nedbank I went to make a withdrawal from an investment account on the 8th of Feb - the Teller told me it would take 4 days for the money to be transferred to me. Its now the 1st of March and nothing has come through. I have phoned them this week everyday and they said there is an "IT Problem" and the Consultant has emailed IT to resolve but the next day said they will send another email cause they haven't replied. surely its easier to pick up the phone? or email the same day and ask for feedback? I have also asked the Consultant to phone me back and give me an update twice and she never has!!
