Our company had paid Lorraine Eloff (Fourie) from Eastco Travel for tickets booked through Qatar Airways in May 2023. She claims her account was hacked and she is waiting for a refund from Qatar. Stay away from her, she is a major *****.
Yesterday 28.02.19 Vodacom decided to take my airtime R1315 and my data 1.8gig. When I called them, they told me to just deal with it. Apparently they said I forfeited my credit when changing packages. This is absurd. Regardless if it was a top up or a contract credit, a credit is still monies I paid. I paid for the data and airtime and it should stay on my phone number. This is blatant theft!!!! Also I was awarded 10gig as a promo (thank you) but only the 10gig was loaded and not the 630meg that should be part of my contract so that's yet another theft!!! Who do you think you are and how many loyal clients did you ***** over yesterday? Please can I have my credit back. I have already logged a complaint with ICASA ********** 886
