BAD service!!!

Have been sitting here from 00:00 the morning and its now 01:47, I have been for observation but still haven't seen the doctor. Here are parents sitting with sick children who came in at 20:00 last night( 01/03/2019) but still haven't seen a doctor. The service is so bad. This is my second time visiting the Emergency section and everytime I come here I have to wait long. This is unexceptable, the system is failing us completely...they don't care if you get sicker or even collapse.
