Worst service ever. No way to speak to an actual person after a purchase. I have sent 100 emails and received no feedback, and I have not even received the order I paid for.
Christopher Viljoen assisted me. He explained and answered all my questions. Fast service, appropriate, and made sure I had the time to take the call. Also, well-prepared and thoughtful. Well done.
The call center staff are so rude and not helpful at all. I cannot believe they get paid to not assist people when they are wrong and it has been proofed that they did not do their job and now that they have to fix the mistake the are rude and put the phone down while you talk.
