Extremely disappointed and Disgusting services

I just want to lay a complain about Christo Removals. My daughter has contacted them in order to move our furniture on the 2nd March 2019. The company has agreed to move it, gave her options to pay and said if there's anything else they needed to know, he would contact her. On Saturday at the truck never arrived. When she phoned him, he said: "Who's this?" She told him she booked the truck to move our goods to the new place, then he said that my daughter hasn't confirmed with him and he's on his way to Centurion. After 10 minutes of conversation, he was very abrupt and rude to her. Now at that stage we've been in deep trouble cause it was our last day and we had to be out of our flat. This isn't professional, not after the way he treated my daughter! Please people, don't ever go through this company! The guy also told my daughter she never confirmed with him where as nothing like that has been even mentioned on the phone or emails. This is truly disgusting and I hate it if people are so dishonest!
