I bought a patio set for my holiday house at St Francis bay. Almost the first time we used the chairs the fabric tore out of the frame. All the chairs. We left St Francis and were not able to return them in the guarantee period. Makro refuses to do any thing about it even although the set is brand new.

Cape Patio Blinds. Avoid them.
Cape Patio Blinds installed a blind on my patio. The blind is far too big to the extent that it sags in the middle. It has double sided tape on each side, the result being that it takes 2 people to lift and lower it. I am on my own so I cannot lift or lower it. When I asked them to rectify the matter they suggested putting in a pully system on which they want to make a profit which still does not resolve the fact that it is too big and sags in the middle. When I try to contact Gary to discuss the matter he never returns my calls. The whole installation was dishonest. The blind was quoted in such a way as to make it cheap thus getting me to accept it however it is totally useless. I have not used it since installation.
