High power in cosmo city Johannesburg. Two months in a raw all household electronics died. Imagine replacing from globes , chargers, fix fridges, washing machine , microwaves ,stoves. Well over 80k worth appliances. Anyone who can help to claim this from eskom? 😡😡
Hi eskom Please priorities thise matter as you are now over a year without attending the reported problem and this is looking very bad on senior citizen whom is sitting without electricity over a year. allocate resources to attend to this problem at once . Ref 495863066 logged on the 24th Eskom 0132627048 Groblersdal need to hire people whom r willing to work. That number is never answered I bought units at spar on the 14th . Spar referred me to Eskom, security gave out this number to call . I tried 5 days it doesn't get to be answered
Is it true that bluetec retail agents get paid 4k salary base while pep sales get 9k?
Hard working Telkom Employees under the franchise bluetec retail paying 4.5k salary in 2021 for its employees while Telkom paying 18k for the same job? Why not close the shop before EFF finds out?
I am very upset and disappointed at the afrikaners male at marble hall , he wanted to my used catalytic converter even when he said he is not going to use it. Good day On the 8/03/2019 @21:20 I Called, 180 Telkom c ontact centre. Of which I spent about 46min asking for help but Lerato Ralegodi contact center supervisor who didn't want to log my dispute as I am having trouble connecting to internet and I still have 5gigs that I can't access. I tried to explain to lerato Ralegodi but due to his no interest and intentions to customer service he persisted to bring his igo instead of referring me to someone department dealing with disputes My understanding is that telkom/bcx is practicing customer first rule and one can not act as a barrier between customer and company. Having an individual who doesn't want to help customers is a problem that drives clients away I need to use all my data that I pay for that's it not the attitude from individuals like Lerato Ralegodi I am talking now its Sunday I had to purchase Vodacom data so that I can write to hello peter and yes I am escalating this incapacity to Telkom Management and I want to ensure that my contact is terminated , I will rather pay penalties than pay monthly for something that doesn't work, uupgrade or no support for rural areas I am 10 years with telkom contracts but what I have experience from this idiot manager is beyond tolerance Regards Lucky ********** 483
