Olx scammers paradise

Poor service from olx. Olx protects the scammers and not the buyer. I used olx a lot but when i got scammed,olx helped me and told me i must open a case at the police. I did everthing got a subpoena from the court. Got no answer from olx after i send a few e mails to olx. Olx are not safe to use. Please be careful when using olx. Please olx make you site safe.

Good day Poor service online. Busy with online consultant when i asked a few questions aboit the A31 she answered and the before we were finished the phine was dropped. When I phoned again told me no A31 or A51 Samsung is available. Phoned again Phone was available no watches with deal. Told them about the deal i saw on the pamflet for the A51 with watch for R369 told me there is not a deal like that. i have got a screenshot for the special no agent know about that. I have been a client for more than 10 years. This was a bad experience. So i took a phone online without a watch and a phone that i hope will work for me. Asked the first agent spec about the phone if the the ram of phone is 6gb ram the answer was ram is between 4-8gb. I told her if there is different models 4gb ram and 6gb ram. No straight answer about ram. I told her i need a 6gb ram for my drone. Please i want better service from Vodacom. regards Danie de wet
