My Yoco's chip reader was faulty since yesterday, this morning the problem still persisted. I hit the ''chat'' option on the App and in my mind it's Saturday, I am not going to get any assistance today... Not a minute after my inquiry Zandile steps in and helps me. I was still very skeptical, because usually the wheels comes off at execution, but Zandile sorted me out! She took down the Serial Number and very casually replied she'd already arrange for the terminal to be replaced in the next 2-3 days!! Can I just commend you guys on excellent customer service! Literally the best I have had EVER!!!

Absolutely shocking!
This company does not do what you pay them to do. And when confronted with their service they refuse to fix it and refuse a refund. The person in question did not bargain on the client getting on the roof to have a look at the work done, which was paid for... The roof had only one layer and was very poorly done. Absolutely shocking! Terribly unprofessional!!
