WHAT IS THE HOLD UP ON MY REFUND!!!!?
I had a contract with MTN which ended last month. Before my contract ended, I had made a lumpsum payment towards my account and when the contract ended I had R629 left from the lumpsum. I called and they said they would refund me the money within 7 business days. I called back after the 7 business days and they gave me an excuse about verifying my banking details, which I did and was told to wait another 7 working days. Then I called again and was told to wait 2 to 3 days. I waited a week and called again and was told the same ****: "Your refund is being processed and you must call back after 3 days." AGAIN! I am SO FRUSTRATED! MTN should stop giving me excuses and pay me back my money!!!
FRAUDSTERS!!! These people made me pay when I made my booking when they knew they were closed the day of my booking. Even confirmed my booking the day before. When I found them closed on the day, I went back the next day and found them open. Asked them to refund me and it's been 2 weeks now they keep lying saying my refund was processed and they'll send me proof of payment. My money has not reflected. DO NOT GO TO LA VUE! DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU GO THERE! The place isn't even as nice as they show in pictures!They are fraudsters. They don't answer their calls, they don't respond to my emails because they know they defrauded me of my money!
