Poor, unreliable service.
Still continue to be very bad. They again canceled the supposed delivery of bags I paid for as well as returning a part of my Kirby. Almost a month after payment was made. Good service until they receive your money. Mark is the person I am dealing with.

Not trustworthy. Do not use at all!
Worst Kirby experience as yet. Handed in my Kirby. They rep**** quickly and came to fetch the next day. Quick to send an invoice and require payment. Took 2 weeks to get Kirby back after several empty promises and excuses after it was promised to be returned within 3 days. When my Kirby came back, an attachment I sent did not come back as well as the bags I paid for. A month later, they are not responding to my calls and the owner Alex is not returning my emails. I have worked with Mark. He sounds great initially, but a massive schemer. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Kidz Concepts is a scam
We are a play school that ordered a Jungle Gym in April. We were told that it would be installed in middle May. After several phone calls, emails and broken promises we still have not received it. Be very wary of Jan Dempers as he is someone that makes a lot of empty promises and does not deliver. We will be making a case of fraud against him and his company this week.
