Attention to detail, timely delivery. Lekker company!
Strongly recommend using this company. I own a creche and recently had a jungle gym installed by Kidz Concepts. Ordering went smoothly, delivery and installation was timely and well communicated. Thanks!

Happy kids = happy life!
Thanks Jan for making my kids so happy. Since the installation last week, it has been non stop play time. Thank you for constant communication and for being accommodating to us needing to re-schedule last minute. Dankie! Ek is so gelukkig

Kidz Concepts is a scam
We are a play school that ordered a Jungle Gym in April. We were told that it would be installed in middle May. After several phone calls, emails and broken promises we still have not received it. Be very wary of Jan Dempers as he is someone that makes a lot of empty promises and does not deliver. We will be making a case of fraud against him and his company this week.

Kidz Concepts is a scam

Scam: Kidz Concepts - Jan Dempers
We ordered a table with benches and paid a deposit of R1800 on the 11th of April. We were told that there is a 4 week waiting period as the tables are handmade. On the 10th of May, when we asked about an ETA for delivery, we were told that it would be the following week Tuesday. We asked if it was possible for Thursday as no one would be home the Tuesday. Since then, we have only received messages along the lines of “we’ll let you know tomorrow” but no one ever gets back to us. As of the 20th of May, no one answers our calls anymore or responds to our mails. We will be opening a police case this weekend.
