I am only giving a 1 star because I cannot give less. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ESPECIALLY someone who works from home. This is the 8th day without wifi and no resolve! The money I have spent on data to supplement no wifi, the airtime to constantly be put on hold for 2 hours with them cutting the call and never calling back, and never mind the money spent on a wifi account with this "Service provider". At the moment, eskom is more efficient than this service provider.
You never reply to emails querying reviews. You do not abide by your own policies. You say reviews stay up for 12 months, you keep them for longer. When a company disputes, you don't reply. You allow people to disclose names and surnames, despite your company policy stating otherwise. You are NOT for the small business. You are hands down the worst site ever created. Your fairness is non existant

My pizza was burnt. Ask the waiter if it was please possible to get the pizza re done. The chef passed the message on via the waiter that thats the way the pizzas are done here and I must accept it. Ask to speak to the manager, showed him my pizza, he then said that's the way the pizza is done and I must accept it. That the chef won't change it or remake it. So essentially you as the customer means nothing because they have some "hot shot" chef calling the shots
I wish it was possible to give less than a 1-star This company do the very typical- sell themselves as your life-saver and the best option to go with as a travel insurance and they always have your back. Well when things go wrong and you need their help, all of a sudden there are a million excuses as to why they can't pay out. Not only do they completely pull the wool over your eyes, they take 12-15 working days to REPLY to you. I, me, the CLIENT, had to email THEM 3 times before I got some sort of answer regarding my claim. Then, only half the claim was dealt with ("dealt"with, i.e, they found ********** 0000 excuses as to why they can't pay out, following ALL the promises given to get the money from you initially). I emailed requesting to be contacted immediately and for resolution on the rest of my claim....spoiler alert: I am still waiting for a call and for some sort of response. So you sign up for travel insurance and then when you are stuck over 14 000 km away from home, they FAIL to deliver!
