Rentalscam: money for jam

I booked a vehicle online through their website. They debited my credit card immediately with an amount of R3922.08 for a rental. When I arrived to collect the vehicle from Herz, a young man indicated to me that they were having trouble with the company which had not made a booking for me. I had to book from another supplier at the Oliver Tambo Airport. It has been over 2 and a half months since then and they have not yet refunded me as they promised to do.
