When i went to sign my contract with nabila a sales agent at sandton gate planet fitness in october last year After the phone call on whatsapp,she told me several times that i qualify for A vitality discount,and i will pay R275 a month. I repeatedly asked her,are you sure i will pay R275 with my 50% off ,she said “yes” . She said that as an independent R275 is the amount i pay and R250 is the amount id pay if i was the main member. I have two witnesses,thus i signed off. I asked her about cancellation and she said i can cancel at any time and there wont be Any fee. I also explained that the bank account which will be debit ordered,does not belong to me,it belongs to my mother and i can get my mother to come in and sign on behalf of me another day as the bank card linked is a card that i use ,however Nabila said i have to sign that day else i do not qualify for the deal,Thus i signed off after she explained that its okay to sign on behalf of my mother ,and that your company Allows it(even though ive come to know this is ******* and she should not have advised me this way) I then was told by damian at planet fitness i have a debit order of R499 , i explained what had happened with Nabila and i and that i signed off on R275 which she WROTE on the presentation board to confirm which i have a witnesses and theres cameras i also told her i only want the wanderers branch which she understood,but failed to show me their prices went up ,she also did NOT STIPULATE i would pay R499! She said i would pay R275!!! Without a black tag and ONLY for one BRANCH. My tag never worked and i lost out on ALL my discovery points . Damian escalated my query and its been going back and forth since October LAST YEAR. I asked how much it is to cancel and they said R3500 (i refused to pay this for the mess THEY CAUSED) Emails went back and forth and customer service apologised and told me they would sorr my membership out On the 4th of January i received a call from Grandwul planet fitness wanderers ,he explained that my case regarding this is Solved and you are giving me the 75% discount even though i myself dont qualify for it,he said i would pay R284 because prices went abit up in 2025 he also stated i get January free and my tag is activated,he explained my debit orders fall away. This call was recorded on your side As i was told it would be recorded and theres no need for it to be send on email. I then visited planet fitness again this year in January and learnt im back in square one and the sales manager grandwul did not do as he said. I spoke to the general manager at planet fitness and she explained that he did not hve permission to sign off that discount to me and its eligible i should still be billed monthly,she called customer service and when they spoke to me they said that since i was promised 75% ,all my debts to go and jan free they will do whatever it takes to get it done or they will help me cancel with no fee. I wrote them an email and the general manager with everything again and they havent rep**** they send people to call me to collect money from me and say i owe 2300 rands . The sales person who got me in this mess nabila called me to have a meeting with me and her manager and when i asked to do it at my branch with the manager there and everyone involved they didnt want to,ive also asked for my contract and they seem to avoid sending it. They refuse to send me any call recordings,they refuse to send me my contract,they refuse to get back to me,they keep calling saya for me. You are pathetic people who suck money out of people . I have come to know im not the first person they have done this to,there are many people in the same position as me . Again they responded that their senior investigator will get on it ,but understand i am DONE. Im done waiting for you to conjur up lies on how you guys are innocent . I wont pay a cent for YOUR DEBT AND YOUR MISTAKE
My sister,cousin and i planned and booked treatments for ourselves and a surprise treatments for our cousin , the Bride.Two days before her wedding. I was deeply disheartened by the fact that the staff were passive aggressive especially the one lady named “Xena” . As we sat in the hot pool and layed next to it to cool down because we did not want to wet the couches, we put towel’s underneath us and the staff member Xena walks in and starts mopping around us and everywhere’ that we are . i found it extremely unprofessional as it’s supposed to be relaxing and closing time was only in an hour . My sister had relayed to us that the same women was giving her problems at the front desk about another booking but that is her story to tell.We all then proceeded to the steam room and change room it is still 6:45 and whilst we were all naked getting dressed and my sister showering Xena came again to pick up the towels off the chair which we were going to use for our showers and put it in the laundry basket telling us we need start getting ready to “get out” we then held our tongue and told her my sister needs a towel now and she said “well sorry there is no towels you guys have all used them all up” (we were 6 girls we used 6 towels which they gave us) but then suddenly she goes to a cupboard Stacked with towels and throws one at us. We proceeded to the front desk and the card machine had a problem with one of our cards the other two ladies were very professional about it but when i was asking my cousin what’s happening with the card she said its the machine and Xena again butts in and says “no you cannot tell us its the machine look at this” (mind us we have all paid already my cousin transferred money and we showed them) my sister then spoke up and said she has been rude to us the entire day and xena then wanted to speak back but the colleague quickly shut her up and apologised to us. I have a little video of footage of only the end part but i will never recommend their service for a “relaxation” especially with that lady “Xena” around.The other staff that did our treatments however were perfect and so delightful.I have a following of 14,8k followers on tiktok and wanted to make a good review on the spa but was left with nothing as we were being rushed to get out when it was not even closing time.

Montrose Primary School houses bullies I am a victim of the system and the Principal of Montrose Primary saw footage of a parent of a bully assault me with my mum's car door and decided the said bullying by the mum Sandra Mthembu and her daughter Zoey Edo was just an incident. Shame on all of you and I hope you all can sleep at night cos I know the truth shall prevail always.
