I wouldn’t even give it 1 star- their the******s are lovely but their business practices lack integrity and are actually fully of misleading lies especially when you have vouchers or purchase a package. They say one thing on selling it to you but immediately retract it when you attempt to utilise it for the benefit. Furthermore, they then make you feel like a fool when you state the truth and they continue to lie blatantly in fact. What a dissappointment to meet face to face with such dishonest business practices in the heart of sandton

This was a birthday gift. During my full massage treatment, all you could hear were the reception and admin staff talking at the top of their voices. The spa is tiled so it echoes. It made my time for relaxation very jarring. I told my the****** that I’m finding it very loud so she turned up the music but it didn’t cancel out the noise. Eventually I decided to go ask them to keep it down. These four young women gawked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, after I had explained to them that I’m trying to have a relaxing treatment and can’t because of the noise. They just stared at me. I then asked them if they heard me and they continued to stare. I asked if they were going to apologise and still nothing. I then said I’m going to close the door so that it would be quieter and they nodded. The one woman said I can close it but still not one of them apologized. It ruined my whole experience. I left feeling aggravated. The unprofessionalism and total disregard for wellness is beyond my comprehension. I complained about it to another woman at reception, as the culprits had conveniently left. What a ruined experience. DON’T Go to this spa if you want to relax. It’s is the opposite of that. I’m still waiting for that apology.

My sister,cousin and i planned and booked treatments for ourselves and a surprise treatments for our cousin , the Bride.Two days before her wedding. I was deeply disheartened by the fact that the staff were passive aggressive especially the one lady named “Xena” . As we sat in the hot pool and layed next to it to cool down because we did not want to wet the couches, we put towel’s underneath us and the staff member Xena walks in and starts mopping around us and everywhere’ that we are . i found it extremely unprofessional as it’s supposed to be relaxing and closing time was only in an hour . My sister had relayed to us that the same women was giving her problems at the front desk about another booking but that is her story to tell.We all then proceeded to the steam room and change room it is still 6:45 and whilst we were all naked getting dressed and my sister showering Xena came again to pick up the towels off the chair which we were going to use for our showers and put it in the laundry basket telling us we need start getting ready to “get out” we then held our tongue and told her my sister needs a towel now and she said “well sorry there is no towels you guys have all used them all up” (we were 6 girls we used 6 towels which they gave us) but then suddenly she goes to a cupboard Stacked with towels and throws one at us. We proceeded to the front desk and the card machine had a problem with one of our cards the other two ladies were very professional about it but when i was asking my cousin what’s happening with the card she said its the machine and Xena again butts in and says “no you cannot tell us its the machine look at this” (mind us we have all paid already my cousin transferred money and we showed them) my sister then spoke up and said she has been rude to us the entire day and xena then wanted to speak back but the colleague quickly shut her up and apologised to us. I have a little video of footage of only the end part but i will never recommend their service for a “relaxation” especially with that lady “Xena” around.The other staff that did our treatments however were perfect and so delightful.I have a following of 14,8k followers on tiktok and wanted to make a good review on the spa but was left with nothing as we were being rushed to get out when it was not even closing time.

I'm throughly disappointed in what I see as poor practice, I booked a CBD canibus oil massage which is advertised with the tea to complement the treatment. Unfortunately for me when I asked the the****** about the tea she had no idea what I was talking about which tells me this part of the treatment is usually not given to customers as advertised which is alarming. I was the offered an alternative tea with I said no to and after a conversation with the manager I was given the correct tea. They have a loyalty program which I asked about where you get a discount if you have the app which I do. I had informed one of the staff members about it but when I made payment I paid the full amount. I then asked about my loyalty discount and was told I should have informed them before making payment. I'm really disappointed, the treatment I received today was below avarage and I honestly don't see myself going back after this. I wish we could just get what we pay for

I have always been dealt with with the utmost respect and kindness grace, just what I need as an exhausted mom. I spoke to Charlie and I was treated with so much care, that I was blown away. Thank you for your kindness. It goes a long way.

I booked in advance a massage.Came on the day 5 minutes late..could not find my booking as my name surname and number was reasked.waited 5 more minutes to be helped thereafter was told its too late for the session and can't help
