Poor practice

I'm throughly disappointed in what I see as poor practice, I booked a CBD canibus oil massage which is advertised with the tea to complement the treatment. Unfortunately for me when I asked the the****** about the tea she had no idea what I was talking about which tells me this part of the treatment is usually not given to customers as advertised which is alarming. I was the offered an alternative tea with I said no to and after a conversation with the manager I was given the correct tea.

They have a loyalty program which I asked about where you get a discount if you have the app which I do. I had informed one of the staff members about it but when I made payment I paid the full amount. I then asked about my loyalty discount and was told I should have informed them before making payment. I'm really disappointed, the treatment I received today was below avarage and I honestly don't see myself going back after this.

I wish we could just get what we pay for
