First time purchasing from Decofurn was a disaster! Mirror ordered was delivered broken and Decofurn is unwilling to replace the item. Pictures sent to them were of the mirror literally being unboxed. Due to my unhappiness with the after sales service received from them I immediately requested that other items I ordered are returned-they hit me with charges for the initial delivery of goods (as items qualified for free delivery), courier charges for the return, PLUS handling fees for all items returned of 5-20% depending on whatever it is they feel it depends on. Rather opt for your more trusted online seller that starts with a T-they understand e-commerce. I most certainly will not be purchasing from them again.
I’ve received the most appalling service from ABSA vehicle finance! Settled a vehicle in full on the 27th of December 2018, received the settlement letter and original vehicle documents, however I’m listed a defaulter and handed over! What makes matters worse is that I still receive statement for the settled vehicle, the most recent statement received was this month, and yet vehicle was settled in December? According to them they’re in the process of rectifying the listing and removing me from ITC. Just shocking as their internal mistakes affect my credit record!
