Think very carefully before you use We Park You Fly in Durban. I used them successfully a few times and, when all is going well, that is fine and very good. However, when things go wrong, you will quickly find out how dishonest they are. They sc****d my car while it was in their keeping and tried to conceal it. The polish they used was still visible on the car, along with the extensive black scratches all around the bodywork above the left rear wheel. After a lot of to'ing and fro'ing with one person who acted as the messenger (you can never get to speak to anyone more senior / the owner), they eventually agreed to have the car repaired while I was away on another trip. I made a big mistake by allowing them to undertake the repair through their supplier who they told me was "Lucky's Auto". What a mess they made of my car: 1. Unmatched, dull matte paintwork. 2. Bodywork line that doesn't follow the curve - sort of interrupted with a flat section. 3. Covers in the wheel well not refitted properly, flapping around and bits of paint everywhere. I have sent them photographs. I have messaged. I have called. Their response - they simply ghost me.
Sadly, this brand has started to suck! In recent times: 1. Delivery delays, idle promises and zero customer service with a parcel sent. Just to get to speak to someone is a mission and, even then, you just get fobbed off. 2. Zero responses to emails to their general / central company email or to their Durban email address or to their website contact form. 3. One cannot upgrade local to national satchels in hand and pay the difference if you don't have a pack of 40. 30 wasted bags that cannot even be given away to someone else or a charity to use. What a waste of money! All of this over a relatively short space of time has simply left me with a negative opinion of Fastway and I guess I'll be supporting Aramex instead ...
I have been renting cars for business purposes since the 80's so have many reference points. I can honestly say that the Woodford experience is head and shoulders above the competitors. Uncomplicated, customer-focused, seamless and simply fabulous. To top if all, their rates are competitive too and there are 'no surprises'. Every contact point was friendly and quite simply amazing. I just wish they were available in the smaller centres too. E.g. East London.
Excellent experience from start to finish and good value too. I hope they extend beyond their current cities as they would be my first choice.
