Scam alert!
Hi. I placed an order with this company on 23 Sept. I sent proof of payment as well. Today is 23 Oct and I still don't have a tracking number or my goods. I have sent various messages following up. I either get a response stating that they can't talk now cause they driving or they read my messages but never respond. It appears this company is a scam and that they simply stealing money. Please don't buy from them!

Terrible experience with arrogant sales staff. Left standing outside whilst receptionist was looking at me through the window. Once I entered through factory entrance I got told the prices on the website is not their prices therefore I must have the wrong website. I drove from the West Coast to buy stock according to what I saw on their website. Receptionist rolled her eyes, sighed and stormed off into factory to call management when I told her I got the feeling she did not want to assist. I had been there earlier in the day and was asked to return because of loadshedding. Management then arrogantly and aggressively approached making no effort to find a solution. When I said to the owner/manager that I would prefer to take my business else where based on my experience, he replied, pointing with his finger to the door saying " there's the door!" I had to exit through the factory exit as receptionist didn't open security gate in first place after she told me to return at 12 after having been there earlier. This was 12:06. It was a horrible experience!
