Bought the shoes on the 20.05.2024, I wore the shoes on the 24.05.2025 and i realized that the shoes were uncomfortable and whilst walking, the back part of it was coming off. i didn't even wear the shoes for more than 30min that's how uncomfortable they were. Mind you, its the first time I'm returning something over 9 years buying at the store. I returned the shoes on the 05.06.2025 in a box and attached receipt. zara SA menlyn and Mall of Africa have zero customer service. The purple suit is been displayed for more than 10 days and the store doesnt have it inside. As a customer this is wrongful adverti*****t, as i wanted to buy the one displayed since it is XS but they all refused and said the suit is till coming from spain until today which marks 10days and the suit hasnt arrived. we cannot accept this kind of poor customer service as South /africans. Zara needs to go and learn from the likes of Woolworths about Customer Service. Your staff is not well trained and act as if we owe them when we require a service. this is unacceptable and needs tpo be sorted out asap. I want the purple suit and i will get it. my number is ********** 725. ot Zara will have to close their doors in SA. this babaric behaviour must stop.
