Have not received a response regarding one simple request in over a week - three emails have been sent. Contact was made again over social media, seem to be one of the only one not getting a response. Furious.
Terrible customer service, only efficient when it comes to payments. I have been harassed by text messages and phone calls that were sent to my next of kin and not me. I did not even ask for this as I was unconscious. Upon asking for the results, they said they couldn't supply me with any results. The hospital has no recollection of these results either.
Terrible customer service, only efficient when it comes to payments of which were made over a year ago. Claims to have made calls that were never received. I did not even ask for this service (ambulance) as I was ill and unconscious. The service was more expensive than the overall treatment.
