Very poor eating experience in CT
•Popped in for a burger..very quiet •Had to call ladywaitron for service •”Works” Burgers served with NO SIDES •Ordered chips & onion rings at extra charge •Onion rings very oil & OVER BATTERED •Chips warmed up & poor quality.. some overcooked. •Called another waitron (guy) ‘cos ours wasn’t seen •He confirmed chips looked shocking & returned to kitchen • Lady waitron & asked if chips had been returned •Proceeded to inform me that chips were fresh every day🤷♂️as if to insinuate that my complaint wasn’t justified. Reason for 2 stars is that Patty was good…rest including attitude from lady waitron poor. •Chips removed from bill • Worst overall eating experience I’ve had since arriving in CT on vacation

Those IT Guys
This is not the 1st time I’ve had to “post” this company. The owner Jurgen is UNRELIABLE & DISHONEST, CONTINUALLY making promises only to break them. Only last week he PROMISED to repay me the money he owes me ( due to his NOT completing a job that I paid him for in December) He actually made this promise on HELLO PETER, yet STILL has not paid! Do NOT USE THIS MAN or his company.

DISASTER. Jurgen us the most UNRELIABLE person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He OVERPROMISES & UNDER DELIVERS CONSISTENTLY. He’s owed me money since December 2021 & despite numerous promises fails to pay. I will NEVER YSE HIM or his company again. I will continue “posting him” until he pays me what he owes

Add that “wow” factor to your home outdoors

Roux Airconditioning
I’ve been dealing with Roux Airconditioning for many years. The original owner,Tim Roux emigrated some years back & Bruno Lamusse now owns the business. The service from the initial stages to final installation (and annual servicing) can only be described as SUPERB.Bruno is extremely knowledgeable & professional. He has managed to build a culture of professionalism amongst his team of qualified & dedicated personnel that is hard to find. I would highly recommend Roux Airconditioning to anyone who expects the very best. Thanks again Bruno & “Team Roux”

Bad Attitude
Franchisee Willie Labuschagne extremely rude & unprofessional when I called to follow up on a mail received from their rep. If this was their attitude prior to me placing an order, I’d hate to think what it would be like post installation & payment? Fortunately I hadn’t proceeded with them.Nor would I in the future.
