We bought a laptop on the 29th November 2021, to date we have not received our laptop. They have no dignity and ethics, they just ignore our attempts to get our refund since they were unable to give us our laptop. Consumer council attempted to contact them invain. They have no respect for anything, i dont know where such a calibre of people come from. Sies.
A funeral policy was opened without my consent nor authorisation. When I enquired, i was told that policy does not appear in their system but the deduction went through month end, i.e. two weeks after my enquiry. When i enquired again, i was told to cancel it if I dont want it.
