Since 14 November 2022 we still have not heard anything about this *S*K*E*L*M* company. We have not had any refund up until now we have not received any response, refund or products that we paid for. Please people be careful because this business and it's people AIN'T LOYAL AT ALL. They are S. C. A. M. M. I. N. G. people left right and center. Please do not support this company at all.
14 November 2022 we ordered and paid for in full for a dining set which we were promised would be done and still no news. After 4 months we still had no set to show for the money we paid. We placed a refund on March 29 2023 and STILL NO SHOW OF ANY REFUND. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT AND EVERYTHING. STILL NO REFUND!!!! It has been 2 months later and NO SET AND NO REFUND. I can not understand how this place still advertise and the people that paid for their stuff don't get their goods they have paid for and no refund. This company S . T . E . A . L . S peoples money. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
DO NOT RECOMMEND - BAD SERVICE & ****** I ordered a dining room set from Clearance Warehouse Africa and paid for it in full December 14, 2022. At first I was told that I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the set. After 6 weeks had passed, I was told that I had to wait another month for the set. After a full month of waiting I was told I would have to wait until the end of March 2023. We are now in April 2023 and now the business wants to refund the money I paid in full for the set but now I have to wait 2 MONTHS for the money because it takes 30 working days which then makes it 2 MONTHS for the money to be paid to me. How can you wait almost 6 months for a set that at the end of the day is never made and then you have to wait 2 months for your money? This is totally unacceptable. The people of this business have no communication skills, you literally have to beg them to give you feedback in relation to any news, but when business is done they are very comfortable taking your money. I would not advise anyone to support this business. They keep people on a line and falsely market to customers and then customers have to beg back their hard earned money paid. ---------------------------------------- We have been at the store where we were given access to enter the premises freely. We wanted to know why this place still advertise products where they can not even provide the stock to cliënts that have paid in full since their business is easy to take your money but can not provide you with the stuff that you have bought and all they can say is they can only help us with a "new buy" then you will be able to get the set within 5 working days , but as for the money that you already paid they can not even tell you when you will be getting your money back. Why can you not first help those you owe money and stock too? How do you think people must trust you with more of their hard earned money if you can not even provide what was paid for in the first place? Why are people's social platform comments removed and blocked? Customers will not for any reason try to warn other customers if something like this is not true, on the contrary if you have nothing to hide from your customers, why do you remove people's experience with your service? The answer is easy because you were not honest with the customers from the beginning. Now the customers have to ask and complain because you can't be straight and say here is the problem and give a good solution for example to say to the customer let's give you your money back or take something from the store of the same value , no the money was not used for what it should originally have been. Throughout the store, every item says TO CLEAR. Suddenly if you now want to buy anything from the place the purchases are made directly to the factory... Now where have customers like my own money gone since I'm clearly not going to get the set I paid for? Shouldn't that money also have to be paid to the factory to have my set made or at least a part of it? It is easy when customers start asking questions and want to know why they are not getting their stock to just send an email saying that we are "under supervision" and then you expect customers who have paid and ordered 4 - 5 months back to understand if you say "but if you buy now you will get your stuff within 5 working days". What have you done with the customers' money who have now been waiting for 5 and more months for their stock that they have already paid for????? You can not rate this service but to say it is up to ****. When new clients walk into the store and they are being told by a bystander to be careful to buy at this place because you do not know if you wil be getting your stuff that you paid for then you are chased away by the sales lady when it was not even you that said anything to the cliënts. The sales lady then called the executive manager as we were on our way to our vehicle and the executive manager had the audacity to go after my mother who was innocently looking after my child outside the building while I was inside the store . And then this executive director thinks she can tell you to go since she "recorded" what was said which she has no right to do so , as there was no permission to record what was said . Then she said the following: " ons is nie boesmans of K.ff.rs nie so moet nie soos hulle optree nie." When we only tried to explain that she is going of onto the wrong person. To me it is very bad how she acted and also what she said because we are supposed to be a rainbow nation and this woman just made ****** comments as if it was acceptable while working with people who are not all white not but part of the rainbow nation and she uses their culture to try and badmouth others. If you work for any business then you represent that market / business or firm but all this woman did was to make ****** remarks and chase us away because according to her we were tresspassing while we got free access to the premises. For someone who holds such a high position, I cannot understand how you still have that job today with your ****** comments, you are supposed to be an example to all the people you work with but when I look at it this way I don't see how you still have a position like that when you have hatred in your heart towards people of other culture or nation. If I have to be honest the manager Crossby who spoke to us , we are not his culture but he treated us more civilized than you. Don't think because you fill the position you are in that you are better than any color or race because we are all the same. You madam just have no manners or standards.

First, I want to say that one cannot really complain about DSTV's service because there is no service. We were on the cheap family package at dstv so the kids could watch their children's channels and we had no problems but after changing to the most expensive package there are only problems with problems, we only have one decoder and dstv are charging us for three decoders, recently after my fiancé has been talking to dstv for the fourth time, dstv says that we have three / four decoders but we only have one decoder and every time there is only excuses and excuses, if one person has not done their job to solve the problem on the system then your line is shut down but there was paid for a service that is not being delivered because every second day dstv's line is shut down and then we have to contact the customer service again and again, then the same story is being told that the previous person did not do their job properly and that there is a problem with the system. The problem is why are people given jobs that clearly cannot do their job? Why do you have to pay so much money per month for one decoder but are charged for three to four decoders? Why is our dstv put down even though the package was already paid for? Should we rather have stayed on the cheaper package where my fiancé can't even watch rugby on? At this stage, our desire is to cancel dstv altogether because we pay for a service that is not even being delivered. Up until now we have even said that dstv can send someone to come and see that we only have one decoder but nothing came of it either. Dstv is easy to make packages where the price is the same for 2 years but I wonder if they are not trying to keep the customers because if we have to put up with a problem where R3000 is deducted from our bank for a service that should be only R809 a month and where your dstv is being stopped all the time, I wonder how many others don't have the same problem? We have paid our account every month , but at this moment we are paying for a service they don't deliver at all.
