I bought KFC using the app online for delivery from KFC Bishop Lavis on the 4th of April 2025, placed the order at about 16:15 food arrived at 16:45, upon opening my food I found the chicken was extremely dry like it was sitting in the warmer for most of the day even though they state your chicken are freshly prepared and to top things off I complained on their website and to this day still no response this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
A call center agent called me telling me about this awesome deal yello mobile has on offer as curious a I was I opted in I was told the would deliver my phone within 10 working days I then got an SMS "Dear Valued Customer, your recent application with MTN has not met our criteria and we are therefore unable to proceed with your request" I then tried calling them and as soon as I follow the voice prompt and make my selection I get cut off the have debited my account and would like my moneys returned as I never received any product from them.
