Santam shocking service
Continuously poor service all over. Takes numerous phone calls to enquire about status of a claim. The assessors both on motor vehicle and household claims are ********, arrogant and ***********. When queried rude and dismissive. Freedom Mashetele and Ann Sedimo by name. There are too many intermediaries such as Fritz Electrical and the Digital Support hub is useless.

If there was a minus Guillaume Pretorius would get it. Absolute bull****ter - deposit paid on 8 December 2022 to renew paint and netting. Two months and zillion promises later nothing. Will be there tomorrow - never pitches, does not answer phone or reply to messages. Thief con artist.

Thieving online scam company
Ordered, paid for a rather expensive item. Never received item; numerous e-mails to and from customercare ( misnomer as it does not exist) promising refund that never happened. Phone number does not exist. Premises listed as address is in a security complex - does not answer calls. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM ARTIST!!!
