I've been a client with HostAfrica and a few other ISPs for many years, during that time I've seen a sharp decline in the support of other prominent, mainstream hosting providers and HostAfrica have consistently upped their game in terms of support and performance. I'm glad I've stuck with them over the years!
Probably the worst hosting company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constant email issues across the board (despite dedicated IPs, enabled SPF+DKIM) sarcastic and unfriendly staff who are more interested in stop-gap measures, than fixing the root cause of issues. Their prices are alright, but you get what you pay for and it's simply not worth the constant headaches from clients. On the other hand, a 5-star YES if you're a masochist and enjoy constant embarrassment and humiliation from your clients!
