My daughters luggage was damaged on an Lufthansa flight. They "Lufthansa" agreed to fix/replace the bag and referred us to Loius Datnow Luggage for the claim. We stated when calling this company that we had to travel again two weeks later overseas and therefore it was urgent that we sort out this problem quickly. They assured us that it would take just a few days to sort out for us. After picking up the bag from us "we" had to phone to follow up the case and they first couldn't place the case and then later told us that it could not be fixed and had to be replaced...after along story of lie after lie they eventually found the correct case to replace and promised delivery the next day. Four days later and after promising each day they would deliver they still did not deliver! I am leaving tomorrow overseas and still do not have my case!!!!!! Shocking..... Shocking service, added with a no care attitude!
