All insurance companies have their weaknesses but this one takes EVERY cake! We were promised that service delivery would be exactly the same when we were with Discovery! By what a hoax! This company paired with Old Mutual cannot even process a simple accident claim in under 4 months! They dont not feedback, res****d, communicate. They are recieving alomst R30k a month in car insurances from our NGO, and still we are not deemed worthy of the common servies usually offered by an insurance company. The accident was on the 12 Feb 2025, not even major damage, its now 3.5 months and we still dont have our vehicel back, and unles we demand feedback they just sit quietly, doing and saying nothing!
STAY AWAY. All their positive review are paid for reviews! They just take your money and leave you in the dark!! They are just sharks! Took my money upfront, promised a three month turn around, they cannot produce any progress report let alone the debt review cancellation!
How I so wish I had read these reviews before I trusted these ******. I paid upfront, the promised it would take 3 months to clear the debt review. They have done nothing. The work that has been done I did myself. They never update, they never show progress, they only ever rep**** with excuses. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
Stay away!!! Shocking site!! Ordered and paid on 12 October. Sent multiple follow ups and to date still have not received my order. I have now requested a refund. And of course no reply. Bunch of ******!
I have NEVER (and I deal with many) dealt with such a ******* company as Morclick! Their service NEVER works and when you try to contact them via email, they simply do not respond. We have only ever receive the invoice. That's it. No internet, no customer service, no email response. When you call them they keep you on hold and when you do finally speck with someone they promise to have the relevant person call you back...and yes you guessed it, they never call. In fact I wonder if this is even a legitimate company? They force you to sign a 24 month contract... DO NOT DO IT!!!! We are paying a fortune for their business package and in 4 months have never received internet. My advice to employees and customers...run, run as fast as you can, they are tantamount to a ****!
I don't often take the time to slam products, but really please stay away from these devices. The disappointment of realizing that their charging ports cannot last more than a year, and then to be treated with such poor service when trying to resolves the issue leave you with such regret. We bought two devices within a month of each other. Both of them have charging port issues. Fortunately for me I bought mine via #Takealot, they collected, reviewed and refunded me. My hubby's phone was bought directly through #blackviewsa online store and they refuses to even courier the device back to themselves to check it out for me. Save your self the stress, go and look online how many people complain of charging port issues with their #blackviewdevice
