The dont honor. The warranties Blackview product not been approved for SA markets unsaved products . We sie flasly claim to be Black view SA offical site as per China . Stay away from this online store

Blackview Tab 11 purchased in 2022. Whilst switched On and charging the screen just went black and therefore not working. Rugged could not assist in replacing the screen as they say the product is discontinued and quick to try and sell me a other tablet. Got the screen replaced by a cell shop for R1560.00 If you search the internet Aliexpress, Amazon and Temu sell replacement screens for a Blackview Tab 11. I would never purchase these fly by night brand name products again.

It seems Blackview does not take their customers seriously.Most complaints are cellphone related, the charging ports and screen blackouts.Why don't they pay more attention to these problem areas?

The most unhelpful service provider I ever encountered. Took my BV8800 in for repairs (replacement of the charger port). The phone was working 100% except for the charger port that was faulty. First of all they INSISTED on an upfront payment once the fault was "determined". This payment was for the replacement of a faulty charging port with a NEW unit. When I went to fetch the phone after the "repair" I found that the rubber cover over the port was pinched when they closed the phone body, thus rendering the rubber piece ineffective. No test was done in front of me before I took possession of the phone to ensure that the "new" port was working. Upon getting home and wanting to charge the phone, lo and behold, the "new" charging port still did not work. I could also not connect to my vehicle Android Auto feature. I had to take the phone back and after waiting another 30 minutes for them to have a look at the problem the lady informed me that even she was not happy with the replacement and she is going to order a NEW charging port to replace the one they installed. The question begs, did they then make me pay for a used/faulty unit which they probably salvaged from another faulty unit. This after they stuck a QC sticker on the phone when I collected. This company is a farce and I feel they need to be seriously investigated for *****ulent service provision. It is now nearly 3 weeks later and even after following up they are ignoring me and it seems they are not going to assist me further. I need them to refund me the R900 that I paid for the non-repair that they did and I will have the phone repaired by a reliable service provider.

Bought the 4800pro on the 18th of august and from minute one it had major problems Waited a weeek for them to organise the courier to pickup Was asked on Friday the 29th what is my bank account details and that i must note the refund will be facilitated through payfast Fast forward to the 3rd of September i phone to enquire how long the refund will take,upon enquiring i got told their accountant will process the refund on friday the 5th of September as they only do refunds on fridays Now i have my refund but minus the courier money it took to send their faulty device as they claim the courier is a service i paid for Anyway...id rather just stay away from Daleen and Blackview Sa Pooor pooor pathetic service

Blackview's service is extremely poor. I took my watch in because the charger was not working properly. They did not have the accessories in the shop, so Daleen instructed me to book in the watch and charger. After 2 weeks without any updates, Amelia informed me that the watch was damaged beyond repair (even though only the charger was faulty). Two weeks later, Blackview claimed that the watch couldn't be replaced under warranty due to physical damage. This situation arose because the charger issue escalated to the point where the watch was deemed irreparable while in their possession. Blackview consistently makes excuses to avoid honoring warranty replacements. #frustrated
