Most Useless Courier
This must be some som South African BEE start up as they are really the pits. Gave them 1 star as I had to click on a star in order to write my review. Even the sender requests them to speed up delivery and feedback. Also does not answer their telephone and therefore a person is totally in the dark as the where your parcel is.

Blackview Blacked Out
Blackview Tab 11 purchased in 2022. Whilst switched On and charging the screen just went black and therefore not working. Rugged could not assist in replacing the screen as they say the product is discontinued and quick to try and sell me a other tablet. Got the screen replaced by a cell shop for R1560.00 If you search the internet Aliexpress, Amazon and Temu sell replacement screens for a Blackview Tab 11. I would never purchase these fly by night brand name products again.

Fastway Couriers name change to to SlowWay
One star as I could not go lower. Some advice, consider changing your name to SlowWay Couriers. You suck and Temu can stick their business due to you incompetence. 4 days to transport from JHB to George is a failure and then false promises of making a delivery. You must be a BEE company. Will be informing Temu of your far below par service. In fact Temu is also a failure for using you below par company.

Vital Failure of a business.
Extreamly poor service or the company does not exist as I have called numerous times, left messages to call me but no reply. Gave one star as I had to or I could not progress to the next stage

SnoMaster Happy Client.
This is feedback on the poor review I made regarding my SnoMaster Ice Machine that stopped working. Within an hour of me writing the review Pierre Fourie at SnoMaster contacted me and sent a courier to collect the machine and SnoMaster repaired the machine and sent it back "All At No COST". I am once again a happy client and will recommend SnoMaster products to anyone interested in purchasing them. Keep up the good work. Mike Pieters

Poor SA Quality Product
Purchased on 30 Nov 2019 from Loot and it was used occasionally when we had people around. It started loosing gas and took it in and was told the steel wire that holds the condenser together is rusted and cause of the leak. Disappointed seeing that it was not used that often. Snomaster gave me a quotation to replace the condenser. Rather purchase a Japanese one its cheaper and will not rust.

Incredible *******ion scores 5/5 for poor delivery
Gave one star as I am unable to indicate less. This is a total failure of a company especially as far as online delivery is concerned. I will never buy from them again. Order placed on 8 Dec still not delivered. Sent them numerous emails and have a Ticket No Ticket: 957714 Complaint JD COMPLAINTS: 9000388795 Their delivery is promise is misleading as they indicate 2-5 working days and it is now 7 days going today for 8 days. Its no wonder why they are called Incredible *******ions. It bean a lesson for me and will definitely not even go into their store again.
