I have no problem towards Snomaster Their service is great and Ive bought some spares from them to repair some Snomaster camp fridges and Ice machines Ive been in the HVACR industry for more than 30 years and belief in prompt service and quality workmanship myself But April this year they decided not to sell spares to the public anymore and now you have to buy thru an agent The agent does not respond on WhatsApp and after two calls no proforma invoice as yet My client is waiting for his fridge and I need the spare part Im in the dark and it seems the agent has all the time in the world How do I become a agent Snomaster?

Sent an email via the website for assistance with a non-working ice machine - got an immediate response and from that point on had wonderful service from Ricardo De Sequera. It has been a long time since I have received service like this. Well done and many thanks to Ricardo. Machine has been repaired and is now ready for use.

This is feedback on the poor review I made regarding my SnoMaster Ice Machine that stopped working. Within an hour of me writing the review Pierre Fourie at SnoMaster contacted me and sent a courier to collect the machine and SnoMaster repaired the machine and sent it back "All At No COST". I am once again a happy client and will recommend SnoMaster products to anyone interested in purchasing them. Keep up the good work. Mike Pieters

Purchased on 30 Nov 2019 from Loot and it was used occasionally when we had people around. It started loosing gas and took it in and was told the steel wire that holds the condenser together is rusted and cause of the leak. Disappointed seeing that it was not used that often. Snomaster gave me a quotation to replace the condenser. Rather purchase a Japanese one its cheaper and will not rust.

It is utterly unacceptable that SnoMaster directs customers to resellers who fail to fulfill their orders. Partnering with such unreliable resellers is not only shocking but raises serious concerns about the brand’s reputation and standards. I purchased a fridge through AC Direct, a reseller prominently listed on SnoMaster’s website, and have received absolutely no feedback. My calls and emails to AC Direct have gone completely unanswered. When I contacted SnoMaster's Cape Town office, I was transferred to the Johannesburg office after an unreasonably long wait. The salesperson there assured me they would confirm whether my unit was ordered by AC Direct, yet no follow-up or response has been provided. This level of disregard for customer service and accountability is appalling. SnoMaster must take immediate action to address this issue, ensure proper vetting of their resellers, and restore confidence in their brand.

Bought a dual section wine fridge 3 years back. Vents were not working and the main board got replaced by the local (in Windhoek, Namibia) agent (after first getting it back as "apparently working"). Warrantee or Guarantee not applicable, as it was apparently not a compressor but a technical issue. Got the fridge back, set to 3 degrees for whites and 18 for red and that is also shown as current temperature on the display... However, checking the temperature with a thermometer, both sections are actually around 5 degrees (compressor nearly running constantly). Cold red wine, how nice. What to do, as I am actually sick and tired by the forth and back and still do not have working wine fridge. I would expect some more client-friendly solution for that, e.g. replacement or so.

We had a customer that brought his SnoMaster Icemaker in that was faulty, we as a company provide that after sales service whereby we do send any SnoMater products back to SnoMaster if a client has any issues on the product, we have been doing business with SnoMaster for a long period and never had any issues untill now, as i was saying client brought his Ice Maker in WE AS OUTDOOR JUNCTION BOOKED WITH OUR COURIER AS IN THE PAST the pickup was made and dropped of at SnoMaster after a couple of days SnoMaster informed us the IceMaker is done so we booked our courier to collect so they did and the IceMaker were back at Outdoor Junction we informed the customer his IceMaker is ready for collection. The customer collected.....after a couple of days the customer called and said that the IceMaker is still not functioning and he was upset we then informed SnoMaster (all done via email)then on the 7th of May 2024 SnoMaster send us a mail informing us that THEY SNOMASTER WILL BOOK THEIR COURIER TO COLLECT THE ICEMAKER FROM US OUTDOOR JUNCTION.....then on the 10th of May 2024 the courier company called DPS LASER ARRIVED AT OUR PREMISES TO COLLECT THE ICEMAKER THE GENTLEMAN SHOWED US ON HIS PHONE THAT HE IS HERE TO COLLECT ON BEHALF OF SNOMASTER HE ISSUED US WITH A WAYBILL AFTER WE INSISTED ON A WAYBILL. WAYBILL NR 1348089400....aftet two weeks we called SnoMaster to follow up on the status of repairs on the IceMaker were they informed us the are still waiting for the Icemaker we then started with our issues that They informed us that they will collect with their courier and we informed them the icemaker was collected they argued they did not recieved we called the courier DPS LASER THEY ASKED FOR PROOF OF WAYBILL WE MAILED IT THROUGH TO DOS LASER THY ARE NOT RESPONDING,SNOMASTER HAS THE ATTITUDE THAT ITS OUR PROBLEM WE MUST FOLLOW UP we have dine everything we could from our side these two companies SNOMASTER AND DPS LASER ARE RESPONSIBLE AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY A CLIENTS PRODUCT WAS COLLECTED AND NOW HE IS HOLDING US RESPONSIBLE
