The dont honor. The warranties Blackview product not been approved for SA markets unsaved products . We sie flasly claim to be Black view SA offical site as per China . Stay away from this online store

Lowe qaitikty merchandise and b3came a **** site
Takelot became a **** site . Just about all teck and cabls last year eith did not work or packed up with in a week or two . Remsnely order a What shaver , phone to get ealier delivery and comp,amned about low qaulity in stock . Was deliver onlynthis tike shaver was with out a blade and look3d like second hand one . I really upset . Sitting a wheel char , i thought a get a battery or corless one . And this is what i got !!!! Send i back now the refuze to give me my moeny back !!!!

Stay away for this ue,ses arrogant brand
Stay away from the useless arrogant brand Guys say away from this brand ( Samsung ) esecpecially in South afrika . Apart for now after sale service the promotions are to get rid of all teck or faulty equipment . The promotion dept get run by useless staff the manager is never in , report them to local headoffice is wast of time . Plz Prive me for CEO in Korea email adress , he the contack Dubai and the have investigation. The lot here just cover up for each other and to management is SA is even more useless . Stay with trust brand or new brand that delivers on promises . Since the Dainese the reshuffling 2 years ago , the staaf that left is more ineffient , plus attetuids . Even the co tractor when the come out only work a short time with them before , can't stand the service the as contractors get from Samsung, ask around , amd ask the co tractors and the tell you wat low quality parts to install.

Ccapiteck charge more bank fees that the amount ****ed outnof my acount
I am a paraplegic, What hapoend to Capiteck? I used to love banking with them and referd 100's of peope to them . I queried a ******* debit order on my acount . I spend R100 air time to a very useless and untrained "call center ". The more I teel her once my money runs out, I be cut off from the world. She stop my card although the card was never used. For that they charge me R170 , plus the would be a fee of R30 , if unsucesfull. . So to get R299 returned to my acount, which was *****ulently charge , now cost me R300 plus ba k charges . So are the encouraging ***** , that you get charge more by bankfees that the amount that been stole ? The gone carzy with bank charges. A3lthough it was done eventually, it cost me more than the a ount that was taken . When peole said Tyme bank is better I now serious considering it . Seems more and more peope ar waking up to the **** capiteck runs now that they build up , a huge clientele. Even trying to report the service center you cant for what they have done

You post this on "the bond betwee humans and their pets" on social media, but in real live you have just take a 70 year old lady's that saves abandon cats and dogs away , say you bring them back , Then you have them put down . All while you threat her with arrest . They had sheter, food and water . A Arrogant white inspector that did this in charge of investigating hereself for abuse of power , since you don't have a manager at present . She allowed to scream put the phone down and do what she like , with no intervention from headoffice . She on totally Power trip . Diffent people have tried to contack head office , whatsapp channels and some on Twitter still no replies, I have dealt with your discracefull behavior before, on nother cases , plz dont dare and give my your PR speech , which you repeat like a parrot and is not worth the paper it written on. Company , useless, lies , and not to be trusted
Battery HQ took my inverters ran other companies down because of their lack of service , because they had my inverters and trollies for 3 week , But they had my inverters 4 months , first they told me Mecer inverters it bad qautilty , then mercer does not service their customer , but wio send my inverter to an "expert" later to find out it an ( auto mechanic) !!!!! I hear every excuse in the book , the guy is at seminaar twice in jhb , he order part from overseas because mercer don't stock parts , the he was having cancer treatment in Durban , not the local proc hospitals, today his back in hospital 4 months later. Don't trust these guys they try and sell and pawn off what ever they have in stock . Running their suppliers down , and they whennyou get upset, head office can't do any thing , and the guys keeps on tall stories . This is the last company you should buy from. Fortunately multiple companies are opening and I always from Geewize great . Let **** out the bad actors in the battery and inverter market. Then they put the phone down on you because how dare you be upset, that 4 months later your inverter trollies lay in their wharehouse . I really want the company to respond , and then post the voice calls , and wants app message where in his own words he goes back on and denying saying it.

Stay away after 5 years . Thus company has become a **** !!!!!
I started with them in 2017, af my mom die in a horible state hospital . Theybwere voted as one of the best then . Now they don't even rank . I did break my arem wich need surgeries wichnwas botched by doctor , the got involved even had lawyer from Capetown phone me . Nothing happen agte 2 futher botch opration . I just left it . Became an invalide. But kept paying my medical and. I April I had a tooth abses and the tooth broke . Phone my dentist to have it sort , got n message back from dentis sorry they can't help me the medial aid said I must call them !!!! For a tooth . I pulled my own tooth like a f... cave man . Got a call from Elmarie Jansen Genisis Medical Aid. Phone back but she was not available . Few thing to considerations when instarted onnthe top package it was R800 , in 4 years is now R2800 for the full comprhesive . Where they use to tower 300 to 400 the medical aid tariff, you lucky the paid 100% tariffs, wich means not priv doctor is even prepared to see you. Wich great fun fare the advertised the made arragent met with the kzn hospitals . Agter phoning hospital they knew nothing of the sort , and had to stand or sit in my case in wheel chairn ,in the 2 day quee. So what deal was done that none of the hospital was even aware of it. This has become a ****, what you covered for nobody needs , the cover does not even cover the basics . And even a tooth you got to phone the for authorisation. Stay away do a Google search . Much better option availbe . And don't ket then try still to ride on the back of a survey that was done 5 years ago , that is not valid today .yournworst of with this medical aid , that beeing with out one !!!!!!

Don't trust these guys
Sell you camera sets half the cameras don't work . Then they not importing them again. But year later they advertise and sell the very same camera's. The alarm-sytem half the eyes don't work with everyone you have to order spare or send them back

Shocking shelly beach telkom store
I wheelchair bound , had to walk in to telkom store at Shelly beach since , my chair is in for repairs. I spoke to Manger of brance after ealier about n previous insident . When i got to store I asked for chair since i wanted to pass out from pain . I had to sit down . Nobody or client was at store at that time . The mannger as uasual was not in store. I had to repalce 5 stole simcards . The staff started screaming at me , and when I started to film then , the got abusive. No i know i reported them before . Then they had me removed form the store sitting out side of door where i was threated in from of new customers . No I never wanted to have pref treat ment , just had to sit down .. then they refuzed to to help me . As of now i still dont have my cards repaced , and wio never ser my foot in a telkom shop agin . And i have 8 accounts with telkom . Is it now common place for telkom employees to treaten and treat people like they do ? Apparent they do this all the time once even with pregant lady !!!!
