The most unhelpful service provider I ever encountered. Took my BV8800 in for repairs (replacement of the charger port). The phone was working 100% except for the charger port that was faulty. First of all they INSISTED on an upfront payment once the fault was "determined". This payment was for the replacement of a faulty charging port with a NEW unit. When I went to fetch the phone after the "repair" I found that the rubber cover over the port was pinched when they closed the phone body, thus rendering the rubber piece ineffective. No test was done in front of me before I took possession of the phone to ensure that the "new" port was working. Upon getting home and wanting to charge the phone, lo and behold, the "new" charging port still did not work. I could also not connect to my vehicle Android Auto feature. I had to take the phone back and after waiting another 30 minutes for them to have a look at the problem the lady informed me that even she was not happy with the replacement and she is going to order a NEW charging port to replace the one they installed. The question begs, did they then make me pay for a used/faulty unit which they probably salvaged from another faulty unit. This after they stuck a QC sticker on the phone when I collected. This company is a farce and I feel they need to be seriously investigated for *****ulent service provision. It is now nearly 3 weeks later and even after following up they are ignoring me and it seems they are not going to assist me further. I need them to refund me the R900 that I paid for the non-repair that they did and I will have the phone repaired by a reliable service provider.
I feel it is important to share my recent experience with Evertrend, also trading as Mega Cart, based in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. Unfortunately, I cannot regard them as a reliable or trustworthy online supplier. I made a purchase from their online store based on the product descriptions and images provided. While the items appeared suitable and of good quality, what I received was clearly not fit for purpose due to inherent design flaws that were not apparent from the website. I promptly notified Mega Cart of the issue and requested a full refund. They responded by advising that a 15% handling fee would be deducted, which I found unacceptable and clearly communicated that I would not agree to a partial refund under these circumstances. On 13 June 2025, I personally returned the four items to the address listed: 50 Constantia Boulevard, Roodepoort. It is worth noting that this location houses Regus offices, not a visible Mega Cart or Evertrend premises. As of 18 June 2025, I have received no further communication or confirmation regarding the processing of my refund. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against purchasing from Mega Cart or Evertrend. They have shown no accountability for the quality of their products and no regard for proper customer service. In my view, these businesses do not act in good faith and should not be recommended.
I bought 4 x fragrances from this "company" on the 16 December 2024. To date they have not delivered the products. In the first week I contacted them and they promised the delivery is on the way. After several consequent requests as to the progress of my delivery and empty promises via Whatsapp, the communication from their side just stopped. I am now being ignored completely and have come to the realization that these are definitely ****mers. It is supposedly a Shopify store, but even Shopify does not show it as a registered store with them. Please be warned and do NOT deal with these ********s. Milky Lane Your Alberton, Newmarket Store must be the most pathetic presentation in your line-up. I was there today at 11: 45 with my spouse. Invoice #: 10952, Table 12, Order #: 79. We ordered two large milkshakes of which one was for take-away after our sit down. I also ordered a "Craft Soda Float, Mango flavour". What an utter disaster and dissapointment it turned out to be. First of all, NONE of the drinks came with a serviette and or saucer to catch spills as is the norm in the industry. Secondly, no s**** is available for the ice cream portion of the drink. In my case I prefer to eat the icecream off the top of the drink and then drink the soda. Again, standard practice in the industry to supply a s****, in case the customer needs it. Then comes the coup de grâce. Look at the attached photos. One is of the advertised product, the other is the product I was presented with. 1. Why is the ice cream not just on top of the soda as per the add. 2. Where are the mint leaves as advertised in the menu ad? 3. Your "mango" tastes like plain old sprite with a bit of colouring added, why? Please explain to me in what world am I as a paying customer supposed to be content with this ****ty service and product. What is happening to service delivery and pride in your product in this country? I am probably going to be ignored and the farce will carry on at ML Newmarket. But unfortunately for ML there is such a thing as social media nowadays. And I WILL be posting this farce on social media to inform your potential customers of the pathetic service an products offered by a once great service provider. We paying customers are gatvol of this abuse of our generosity to support your business. Your'e NOT doing us a fovour by providing good quality service. You should respect and appreciate us as paying patrons. Or face the consequences. Even the staff at this Milky Lane are ***********. The lady that served had to come back after my wifes milkshake was served to confirm whether it was actually the mango float that I ordered. Really!? Get it together or rather close it down before you embarrass yourselves further. An extremely unhappy customer.
Not contactable by phone and their site extremely un-user friendly. I am trying to make a booking and they keep on moving the goal post. To such an extent that I am now concerned that they scam people. What other reason would there be to not be able to talk to someone in person. Not good Safarinow.com. Get with the program please.
These clowns took my money in November 2021 - ORDER #9020B2 - for a so-called Air Fryer that I bought. To date I have yet to take delivery of the item. I have been sending numerous emails and website requests, but they are ignoring me completely. Whatever you do fellow consumer, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! Litigation is my next step, Tidee, I will close you down, if you are not already non-existent.
EMM or CoE as they are currently known is the pits. The worst ever, stealing, robbing, no service provision bunch of useless nincom****s in the southern hemisphere. You don’t pay ( for good reason) you get no service from them. You pay, you still get no service from them. Their electricity supply to the community is down, 40% of the year and it gets blamed on any- and everything but the CoE’s ****ty service and ZERO maintenance. I dare them to challenge this fact in any way, shape or form!!!!!
The worst experience of my life is with these people. I am using Vox Telecom as my supposed service provider on an SADV FTTH line installed for little more than a week now by Vox. And during that time if the line was up for more than 5 days continuously, it's a lot. SADV keeps on blaming VOX, my service provider and, VOX, on the other hand, keeps on blaming SADV and I am sitting, in the middle, paying for a PATHETIC service - or rather, lack of said service. So much for FTTH, as it seems to be worse than an ADSL line. Vox why should I put up with this, give me one good reason? Let's see if you have the guts to reply and come with a resolution. Because the next time this line is down you can send you contractor within the hour to remove your equipment or I promise, I WILL SURELY REMOVE IT MYSELF AND YOU CAN COME AND COLLECT IT FROM THE PAVEMENT! Your FTTH is 100 times worse than the ADSL line I have been using for years now.

KEEP CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS!! Rather keep your hard earned money and do not pay these scammers one cent. I have made the mistake and are still awaiting ANY assistance from them in finding me a job which I so desperately need. They are in the same league as the Dubai City scammers and only wants your money. LIars, liars, liars, liars!!!! Hope they lose everything they own.....
