Bought the 4800pro on the 18th of august and from minute one it had major problems Waited a weeek for them to organise the courier to pickup Was asked on Friday the 29th what is my bank account details and that i must note the refund will be facilitated through payfast Fast forward to the 3rd of September i phone to enquire how long the refund will take,upon enquiring i got told their accountant will process the refund on friday the 5th of September as they only do refunds on fridays Now i have my refund but minus the courier money it took to send their faulty device as they claim the courier is a service i paid for Anyway...id rather just stay away from Daleen and Blackview Sa Pooor pooor pathetic service
Pathetic pathetic service and if you want a refund cause you cant play playback,you get told to contact a certain number which is the technical team and they never respond Contacted them from a different whatsapp and asked about a refund and got told as stated in their terms and conditions that they do not offer refunds
Stay away from their easy to own deals Their consultants knowingly withholds information such ass the phone is being tracked,the phone is being controlled by their apps They only say its not like a contract and they only do checks to see what you can afford What they dont tell you Is that the phone has apps on it that can control it Can switch on location mode when it wants to Delete apps you install And in my opinion you as paying customer have no control over a device you pay Vodacom bosveld mall in bela bela is the worst experience i had with vodacom and its only been one experience to be frank Dont know if they withhold the information knowingly or unknowingly And when you ask the manager that you deal with regarding the query for a reference number you get ignored
