Pathetic service is an understatement. I ordered an item online from Makro Cape Gate, WC on the 23rd of April 2019. Everything was paid for and I was assured my product would come within 1-3 business days. After waiting 2 weeks I called and I was told my parcel got lost with the courier service, I called the courier service personally and they told me the product never reached their warehouse. Suddenly nobody is to blame? I've been on multiple, multiple calls with Makro headoffice for the past year, I've been told repeatedly "I'll leave a note on the order and someone will get back to you". I've called the store, went in and nobody could be of any assistance as they all lack a spine to take some of accountability. POOR, POOR, service.
This business is so appalling. So as a driving school you are supposed to offer a vehicle that is not in fictional condition, but optimal to get your clients to pass there tests or whatever the case may be! How on earth can you allow someone who just started driving to learn/pass their test with a car that shudders when you're driving 20km? A handbrake that doesn't work optimally even when fully erect? I beg you to not use their service and pay a little extra for a good genuine car.
