Added 3 kids cards to my profile and am yet to have my children's cards delivered. Information received from the sales person differs to your requirements. Called KYC department, sent docs as requested then it was rejected as they were not certified which was not initially communicated to me nor was it communicated to me that it needed to be colour copies. Called KYC back only then was this advised which differs to my original call. I'm absolutely appalled by this service. I regret opening an account for my kids at FNB. I should have just walked into another bank and receive cards for my kids immediately. Called complaints dept was told someone would contact me yesterday, I'm still waiting. Very disappointed. Im considering canceling my kids cards as well as my premier account.
Placed 3 online orders 02/12. Orders are still not received. Received an email that 1 was our on del on 9th but it never arrived. The other 2 are for store collections and everyday I call, I receive a different update. One min its dispatched to the store, the next, its at the warehouse waiting to be dispatched. The emails from Edgars contradict the del status. How long does it take to do a del? Stop the lies. Where are my parcels? This is unacceptable. Never again. And then when calling your call centre, you spend no less than 10min on the line and today after 10 min on a call, the agent, Jackie puts me on hold to check what a particular status meant and after 4 to 5 minutes of waiting on hold for her to return, she cut my call. Infuriating. Where are my orders??? Never order online!!!
Called Medix Pharmacy for a delivery. I've never in my life come across such a rude person. Ordering cold meds for my baby and a cough syrup for my eldest. The minute I mentioned the syrup her entire attitude changed because it contains codeine. My concern and issue is, how in the world do u have an issue delivering a codeine product to me whilst Ive seen the same woman on numerous occassions sell this same product to suspect looking people walking into the chemist purchasing bottles at a time. Btw, she said that she can deliver the rest but I must personally come in to purchase the codeine product so why in the world would I call for a delivery if I could have personally gone there? My disbelieve in their double standards is astounding. I understand the issue of so many people and especially kids abusing this substance and they'd be correct to regulate it, it's long overdue but why then do you sell many at a time to walk in customers. For this reason their practices are of great concern and warrant further scrutiny.
