Very poor & unprofessional service, tried to book accommodation for a wedding we are attending, tried yesterday nobody at events, tried again today and closed until Monday!!!!! What a joke !
I first joined Duolingo in 2019 after two years all of a sudden my account disappeared, so I opened another and started again, slowly because I refused to pay for ‘ super Duolingo’ the ads increase and your ‘ lives ‘ disappear’ guicker, today unless I get a subscription I have to wait hours until my lives appear full so I can continue, so today I will look for a different course which is ‘ free ‘very, very disappointed, beware nothing is really free.
How do they run this business, waiting to check in for a flight but because I refuse to “buy a seat “ I can only do it 24 hrs before I fly, so what did I purchase online ? This is the worst airline I have ever dealt with, the other alternative from my airport in France is EasyJet who I normally use, totally different company, Ryanair still have a lot to learn, you can only rip-off people for so long !
Booked a hire car via rentalcars .com with europcar, I was given the various packages and chose the one that suited me and duly paid the £233 the full rental price quoted by rental car,com, when I collected the car at Manchester airport after a 20 hour flight from Cape Town was told the car was ready I signed the document and gave C/Card details for the rental deposit, returned the car 2 weeks late and found they chrged me another £420 for premium package & b/down cover !! Their customer service at europcar never even flinched or returned calls, just an email, as for rentalcars.com they never even returned an answer to my email, as we are pensioners thats a lot of money to be ripped off for, be wary when dealing with either company.
