What damn ****mers. *********** people. I had an accident early part of Saturday morning. Saturday at 9am I called them so that I can get my car moved they said that they are closed. I go there today and I must pay R6000 to take my car out. The driver, Dwayne promised me that my insurance will cover the towing, no one mentioned anything about storage of the car. Dwayne just made me sign the pink paper and never told me to read conditions behind. I only saw that today. As I've mentioned to him I do have a 24 hour service on my insurance but he said no need they will only charge me for towing. I go there today and they say Dwayne only works on weekends. I told the guy I spoke to today to call Dwayne so we can set the record straight but he refused. He is extremely rude and arrogant. Can't even renè his name. He insists that my insurance will pay but they are not listed on the panel insurance. This is ****en ridiculous!!!! *****, ****, *******, vultures. We honestly need to come together, all of us that were ****** and build a case to shut them down. This is not on. We understand as a business u must make money but from where my car was to where they towed it is literally 5 minutes away. We need to find a way to shut them down. They should not be operating as they are robbing people. Unfortunately I have to cough up the 6000 to get my car out but I WILL BE TAKING THIS Further!!!
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. UNPROFESSIONAL, ********* AND JUST DOWN RIGHT PATHETIC. I HAVE TO PAY FOR A SILVER POLO THAT I'VE NEVER OWNED!!! SO YOU GUYS ENCOURAGE *****?? HOW THE HELL DOS YOU COME TO A DECISION THAT I OWN A SILVER POLO?? I CANCELED MY SERVICES WITH BEAME FOR THIS VERY REASON. IF MY CAR WAS ****** YOU WOULD BE TRACKING A CAR THAT I DON'T OWN?? A BUNCH OF CLOWNS I'VE SPOKE TO GOODNESS & LEANNE & SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT'S GOING ON!!! I'VE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT WITH ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS IN MY LIFE. NOW YOU GUYS COME WITH YOUR BULL****. I TOLD GOODNESS THAT SHE MUST INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME. I WILL PAY IF I OWE ANYTHING ON THE BLUE POLO BUT SILVER I'VE NEVER OWNED THIS I MY LIFE. STOP ****MING PEOPLE AND MAKING THEM PAY DUE TO INCOMPETENCE IN YOUR COMPANY. IF ONLY I KNEW WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY THIS WAS I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN A TRACKING UNIT WITH YOU. IS THIS HOW YOU HUS MAKE YOUR MONEY??? JUS PUT RANDOM CARS ON RANDOM PEOPLE'S NAMES AND MAKE THEM PAY??
The worse tracking company I've ever dealt with. I keep getting bills for a car I've never owned. I've spoken 2 a hundred people over a hundred times for them to tell me when did I own a silver polo that I've been paying for for over 3 years along with 2 other cars. No feedback but I keep getting harassed by calls, sms's and emails. Is this how Mixtelematics make their money? This is *****, I did not own a silver polo!!! I canceled the trackers for my previous but when I called just now they say it's not canceled. Pathetic service with useless consultants. I now owe over R1000 for a car I've never owned. I ask for the matter to be escalated but guess what no feedback. This is ridiculous.
