Shocking Towing Services
I requested a vehicle to be towed on 03 October 2025, which they did. They dropped the vehicle at the gate without even so much as an inspection to ensure no further damage had been done. Requested a quote and an Invoice for the service, which they again failed to comply with and is required by law. I cannot claim their exorbitant towing fees back from my Insurance Company.

Shocking Towing Services

2STS Second Towing Service are ****MERS
What damn ****mers. *********** people. I had an accident early part of Saturday morning. Saturday at 9am I called them so that I can get my car moved they said that they are closed. I go there today and I must pay R6000 to take my car out. The driver, Dwayne promised me that my insurance will cover the towing, no one mentioned anything about storage of the car. Dwayne just made me sign the pink paper and never told me to read conditions behind. I only saw that today. As I've mentioned to him I do have a 24 hour service on my insurance but he said no need they will only charge me for towing. I go there today and they say Dwayne only works on weekends. I told the guy I spoke to today to call Dwayne so we can set the record straight but he refused. He is extremely rude and arrogant. Can't even renè his name. He insists that my insurance will pay but they are not listed on the panel insurance. This is ****en ridiculous!!!! *****, ****, *******, vultures. We honestly need to come together, all of us that were ****** and build a case to shut them down. This is not on. We understand as a business u must make money but from where my car was to where they towed it is literally 5 minutes away. We need to find a way to shut them down. They should not be operating as they are robbing people. Unfortunately I have to cough up the 6000 to get my car out but I WILL BE TAKING THIS Further!!!

Fly by Night Operators
People don't read and understand their policy wording. Make use of your Insurance call centre. Phone yourself, or these well trained Pirates will "Boomslang" you. The operator must provide you with info traced from your ID in order to verify if they are in fact from the call center. If not, expect the guys partner in another vehicle acting as your insurance.

Thieves and Scammers(take advantage of mental state valnurability to manipulate into getting business)
I had an accident in brakpan, the towing service came and towed my vehicle, promised to take the matter to insurance and i wouldnt pay for a cent. then when i try to fetch my car the guy Seun who made me sign the papers, tells me i have to pay 7200 to release my car......this guys are a scam and they should not be allowed to operate business in brakpan.
