I called into a call centre , and asked a call centre agent by the name linda/Lindi and asked her how do I create a voucher using internet banking, she said I must hold and she will find out for me , then I waited for more than 30 minutes still no response…….and this is relating to the issue that I cannot login into the app due to the tymebank app update on ios.
the gift was sent in time, but the card did not have the message that i requested,......even my wife bought some stuff for me, but the cards did not have messages that she requested.....then what is the purpose of having the cards messages then? the second present my wife ordered arrived after 7 oclock @night....
The Visit at Primier Hotel Roodevalley was nice, #WIN they are really winning with thier service to thier customer....the place has tranquility on its own, the lake peaceful. The Staff is very friendly, and they always ask if you need anything. though would prefer if the place gate would be named correctly as it does not say anything Premier rather fair city hotel(thats misleading) unless the discription is clearly stated on the booking apps.
I had an accident in brakpan, the towing service came and towed my vehicle, promised to take the matter to insurance and i wouldnt pay for a cent. then when i try to fetch my car the guy Seun who made me sign the papers, tells me i have to pay 7200 to release my car......this guys are a scam and they should not be allowed to operate business in brakpan.
i am very dissapointed with how assupol client services operators who go look for clients do,...my wife and i were looking for a funeral cover, to our luck one of the client services poachers went to her workplace, then my wife gave the person named mike (works in assupol kempton park as a sales person), insteadof mike offering the services mike whatsapps my wife and starts asking her out...what kind of utter non-sense is this...this is mike's number(0679937840)...now how do we trust sales people in the work environment if they do such....i have proof of the whatsapp conversation,called mike myself and he was so rude.
I have a house insurance with OOBA , informed them last year that i am renting my house thus is occupied by tenants. when i decided to move the tenants out, i found out there are damages on the house, and created a claim with ooba, but hollard called and told me that's not thier responsibility but everything that's damaged its part of maintenance, in which i informed them on time about the house rented. The tenants did not inform me on the things that are broken, which means i did not know in time when there was a problem, only found out after.
<p>I recieved an sms from hollard stating that my insurance premium has been rejected and i was given a number to call, ********** 607 and when i called the agents kept on transferring me to a call centre where the number just rings forever,....yet i was told to call if i dont want to loose the insurance.....this is a very bad service.</p>
