We recently imported electrical motors for our client, when the goods arrived in South Africa the NRCS stepped in and stopped the whole import procedure by requesting all kinds of documentation. Documentation was supp****, then all of a sudden they requested specific lab tests.....that had to be done in South Africa because the test reports supp**** from the supplier, was not "sufficient" to their liking. Almost a week went by without any reply from NRCS. We then decided to return the electrical motors to the supplier, on our own costs obviously. Now we are sitting, another week is almost upon us with NRCS not getting back to anyone involved with this. I just need to let anyone know that if you want to import electrical motors, for any application, do not do this out of your own capacity. Use agents for the specific motors you require as NRCS is absolutely useless with whatever they are "regulating". NRCS is the worst company to deal with, they do not reply to emails, they do not answer phone calls, unprofessional is still a nice word to explain their service. Please do not support this company at all.
Our company is situated right behind the Simmer and Jack landfill, which is now a HUGE dumping site. The smells and sights from that place is enough to make you sick to your stomach. We have to go to work wearing masks, not because of COVID, but because of the smell from the dump. The dump has grown to such a height that the mine dump next to it looks like a mole nest. What is this country coming to!?!?! The municipalities and the government does NOT give a rats a$$ about anyone, just themselves and their own pockets. Germiston Council needs to do something about this, fast. People are getting sick, if you smell something, it means there gasses in the air. Gasses of that magnitude will poison the area around it.
Had previously used this company to get our computers upgraded and since two of the guys left the company the service has dropped tremendously. Have been waiting for one of our computers for a week now. First the pc was held back because of having no stock of parts, then when requesting they bring the pc back, it took another 2 days. Now that we need the pc back they suddenly have the parts. Still waiting for the pc to be returned, upgraded. When trying to get hold of someone at this place they are always busy or out of the office. Service is terrible.
What a joke of a company. I will NEVER use TnT ever again. You cannot complain about the service of this company, because there is none. We were waiting for a parcel from Australia since 2 August, never has anybody called our offices to arrange delivery time/date, but yet according to their tracking service they did contact us....the contact person that they have on the system does even work here does not even work for us. I am truly appalled at the service these people give. How does such a company still operate? If anybody is reading this, do not use this company ever.
I would just like to put in a formal complaint against the complex. The Waldorf complex/flats occupants have absolutely no respect for anyone living in and around the complex. We visited some friends in the complex next to the Waldorf complex on saturday, I first thought that we went to a shebeen. There were some specific flats that were totally disregarding the COVID "rules" as absolutely no masks were worn, alcohol was abused and the shouting and screaming that came from the flats are horrendous. Something needs to be done here, SAPS cannot even get into the complex as the security does not allow them in so they can get the certain occupants to quiet down. Can someone please get these tenants out of their as soon as possible as the surrounding complexes will lose their families as a result of the disturbance coming from The Waldorf.
Today was a very bad day at one of the Capitec branches ever. A bit of what happened so everyone can see why Capitec is the worst bank ever. I received money into my STD Bank account yesterday from my boss as petty cash to pay our workers. This morning I wanted to go draw the money it was taken by Capitec. Yes, I do have a couple of loans with Capitec, but my agreement with Capitec is between 24-27 of every month. Who gives them the right to into my STD Bank account and take money as they please? According to the branch manager, the system they use will start "looking" for money 5 days before the agreed date between you and the bank.....it is almost 9 days before the agreed date. Why will they do this? Now, when asking to reverse the money into the account they took it from, it will take 48 hours, I need to pay my workers this afternoon. I cannot wait for 48 hours and I cannot go back to my boss and ask her for another R6000 to pay the workers. The only reply I got from the manager was...."I am so sorry for the inconvenience". No extra mile nothing. Next Capitec is charging ME R61 for the reversal of the monies. Now....why do I have to pay for their incompetence? Why charge me to get my money back? Could someone please try and explain this to me as I WILL NEVER USE CAPITEC EVER AGAIN.
