Terrible service, I ordered online, express 24 hr delivery and my package still has not arrived. It’s been 3 days. No communication from them whatsoever.
Terrible service from the Hatfield plaza branch First of all they made the wrong glasses for me, which I had to return and now it’s been 4 weeks since I returned the glasses and I still haven’t received my new glasses which I paid for over 5 weeks ago
This company will not leave me alone, she keeps reporting all of my reviews and I keep sending all my proof and confirming that it is true and correct. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!
The lies that come out of this “company” are truly amazing if only their service was this amazing. They’ve now blamed non delivery on DSV, but I have been in full contact with DSV and they say that they’ve received nothing I have no words as to how amazingly terrible the service of this company is. Feel free to report this review again, I have all the proof required.
The above comment is not a false comment. If I could give 0 stars I would, even 1 is too many. I ordered a bikini on the 22 of January 2019 and it has still not arrived and it is currently the 19 of April 2019. Yes, the terms and conditions do say that delivery takes 10-15 days, however to be this far outside the approximate is ridiculous, and unreasonable. I emailed and the excuse was that the bikini is imported from Brazil .... First of all when I purchased in January, no where did it state that it was imported, I found two other sites who sell the exact same bikini and even if it is imported, it still shouldn’t take this long, it spent 4 weeks in customs, and again no information was relayed to me until I had to email many times to get an answer. I got many excuses, ranging from loadshedding, to the “email just didn’t send to you but it sent to everyone else” And now I’ve finally received a tracking number .... however the tracking number doesn’t track anything, DSV can’t find the package, yet Bella Donna when I emailed (again) stated that it would arrive on Tuesday and that the process of the package being loaded onto the system once collected takes 2-3 days? It happens instantaneously when the driver picks up the package, she just hasn’t set a date to pick up the package and has the audacity to lie to me. This company does not value customer service at all and is a complete scam. I paid R100 for delivery and I’m receiving worse service then I do for when I don’t pay for delivery and all they can say is “I’m so sorry “ I commented on their Instagram and instead of reaching out and trying to solve this issue, they deleted my comment. I don’t believe my package will arrive on Tuesday but will update on Tuesday. I cannot believe I ordered a bikini in summer and it is now winter and I still haven’t received anything. This service and company are disgusting
