Bought Kiss Fantasy gel nails from Clicks which I would definitely NOT recommend for the following reasons. Firstly the box said that ‘Mega -Adhesive tabs included’ ….which were not and they came with no instructions whatsoever as to how to apply. After looking on other websites I app**** the nails diligently following YouTube instructions and suggestions to apply the night before so as to allow the nails to settle in. Next morning as I started applying make up and dressing etc, the tips of the nails (I bought the short ones by the way), started hooking and splitting and I had to continuously file them and as a result, the some of the nails are shorter than others. Secondly, before leaving the house, I have already had to re glue 4 of the nails back on again. So disappointing. May as well have thrown away the money I paid for them. There are also no contact details for the manufacturer on the box so I cannot even contact them to let them know how disappointing their product is.
WE WILL REVERT TO YOU SHORTY………HOW LONG IS THAT? BEEN WAITING SINCE 17th APRIL……. HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY. Whilst I do appreciate the fact that I was contacted by a very nice gentleman, my issue of 17th April has still not been resolved and I have not been contacted again. Besides the bad signal issue I was having, I was querying the reason why my monthly installment has been reduced from R739 to R559 and was told that I had requested to be downgraded from 100 Mbps to 30 Mbps and thus the reduction in my monthly installment. I am certain and adamant that I did not do so and in this regard, I asked them to provide for any proof of this and to date I have not received any, I asked to simply revert back to the package I had and was told that to do so, it would now cost R959 instead of the R739 which I had paid before the reason being that because at the time I signed up for the 100 Mbps package it was on promotion. MY Question is, why through no fault of my own, to have the same package as I had before which was 100 Mbps @ R739 I have to pay R959 for the same thing. Hopefully, through this platform, I will be contacted again.
Signal is so bad……. Have sent 4 e mails over past week, which have still been unanswered. Cannot continue under these circumstances, so am considering looking for another service provider.
I have also been taken by this book company. As with many others, everything looks legit. They even have a contact number and e mail address for the sales department. You pay for the book and delivery and that’s the last you will ever hear from them
CAPE UNION MART - K WAY JACKETS customer not happy with response Despite being regular customers at Cape Union Mart, Mall of The South and having bought many jackets and/or other products, I was extremely disappointed with the response I received when I brought in TWO Xpedition red rain jackets due to the lining pulling away from the fabric. These jackets were sent into Customer Care who were not able to repair or provide some form of compensation despite having concede that it could have been a manufacturing defect during the bonding process.
