Food 10/10 Service 1/10 Don't even dare do the magerhritas special the drinks stop coming The manager is rude (well one of them told they are 5) Waitresses rude Why would an establishment advertise a bottomless special and give **** service 🤔 Anyway don't go unless you love bad service and ****!!!!!!
Placed an order on the website that was seamless however when the items arrived I was in for a rude shock. Ordered a leather jacket with a belt but when the item arrived it had no belt and I was told to look at the image which does show a belt and no belt styling image imageshttps://mychoicetrading.co.za/product/leather-trench-coat/ Contacted the store and the first communication was to exchange the stockings but later the store wouldn't take my calls and became very rude. Place an order at your own risk. In the first order I received the wrong colours and items and most of the other items were out of stock
Extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I have been given my Ryans Realty and AFCHO (written a review) Timeline 26 March 2020 we were unable to move to the new apartment due to lockdown. From the deposit and rentals, R8500 was paid to our old apartment. 20 May 2020 we received our move permit and were able to move 1 June we move into the new apartment 26 June our bill arrives and it is R12,048.75, I asked our agent and she told me she is on her to an appointment and never got back to me 30 June I contact our agent again and ask about the extra money on the bill and even share all the proofs of payment. Was advised that Ryans admin department was looking into it. 3 August I make a follow up with AFCHO and I am told I owe R5105.04. I also include the agent From then I have never been updated our contacted will I make contact on 2 September 2020. My agent says everything was paid over and the issue is with AFHCO and a follow up will be paid. I am then assured that everything will be sorted on 3 September 2020. 4 September I was notified that all the POP's were emailed to AFHCO by Ryans Realty and a follow up will be made 9 September 2020 I follow up to find out what is happening because my hot water is disconnected. Called the agent no answer asked via WhatsApp if I could call her back and instead got a message saying she has had a crazy day and will speak to the AFHCO team. Meanwhile, i spent 2:47 PM to 3:58 PM trying to get a whole of someone from AFHCO Our Ryans Realty agent is MARGUERITE BRUINDERS ARE TENANTS ONLY VALUABLE BEFORE YOU GET THEM INTO A FLAT. DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN BY RYANS REALTY. Thought I was in good hands.
Moved into a new apartment 1 June 2020 - And to my shock, my monthly rentals come with an extra R7000.00 plus my normal rentals which were not paid by Ryans Realty. I have spoken to the following people but no one wants to understand what is happening and no one has assisted. They seem more interested to find out if i have paid my rent. 4 August 2020 - Noluthando Tshabalala 28 August 2020 - Itumeleng Tlou 9 September 2020 - Spoke to Rebone that never got back to me I have spent time from 2:41 PM to 3:57 PM on the phone trying to connect to the Accounts Team to find out what is happening. No smooth transfers people just transfer you to ringing numbers or people who are out of office. Sorry we can't help - try tomorrow and yet my water has been disconnected.
I moved to a new complex 1st April 2019, was told my the complex manager that Metrofiber Networx. Application for the fibre was submitted and approved on 24th April 2019 had to follow up with both sales agents to make sure that all was in order. Finally, the technician shows after being told two days in a row to wait for his call. He sets everything up and guess what? No signal or something, I already have to log tickets and I have not even fully signed up for the service. Very worrying !!!!!!! So now I have a ticket #029362 and have to wait 2 to 3 days with the coming public holiday am sure this means I have to wait till next week!! If this is the service I am being given from the beginning wonder what to expect in the next 3 months!!!
