Marie Stopes Ghandi is the Worst EVER
The worst service provider ever , let me rephrase GHANDI SQUARE MARIE STOPES is the worst ever. i read through some complaints just now and these people are on brand on giving poor service i swear. first and foremost they will ggive you an appointment for like 9am BUT by luck you can be attended to at 3pm, they dont communicate and tell you whats going to happen, the steps taken and all, its all about "go sit in that room" mind you all this is for a "safe" ********. You go there thinking you will be handled with care but instead you are on your own< miserable , scared and clueless on what is going to happen and why are you being given this pill< why are you being told to sit in the next room etc. you are just told to sit and wait ; no explanation or insight on what to expect, what you need to do . The worst is they tell you its going to take a few mins , the whole process so you go there with no food alas you are not supposed to eat anything until after they finish the procedure now please explain to me how one will survive from 9 till 3 with no food or water and nerves sky rocketing whilst you being treated like you are at a public hospital yet you paid thousands just to have a safe ********. my advice is if you want to have a safe ******** try elsewhere and not GHANDI MARIE STOPES , nothing makes sense in paying close to five thousand rands and be treated like you are at a government institution, they need to rebrand . AS much as i hate all of them and their disgusting services, one person, ONLY ONE can actually save face for those people, you see sister PEARL? heaven sent, she talks and makes patients feel seen and is soft and kind, you actually feel like you landing on a soft pillow with her, the rest must just learn from her, yes its a job to you but its a delicate one handling women who are at the crossroads of judging themselves and the slowness and not giving us a pep talk on what to expect and even trying to be kind will add on to the already stressed vibe. i could write books on how i was disgusted by Ghandi Marie stopes and we all know you guys wont change cause there are posts dating years back with the same complaints but no change. viva sister Pearl , she is actually a breath of fresh air

Dr Lerato Masemola is a scam
Worst receptionist ever, the doctor is just an instagram babe doing things for vibes, more concered abput how she looks than the actual job and it rubbed off on the receptionist, very rude and wants to school you on anything and everything withput listening to your concerns. Rather spend money elsewhere than these people
